You must send us a completed
W8 or W9 US tax form (depending where you are located) by fax or email
before we pay you your bonuses. |

Bonus payments will be made on or before the 20th
of each month for the sales generated in the previous month. |

We reserve the right to hold
a reserve amount to cover future refunds. |

|
Back end sales and discount
sales do not count towards the total sales count. |

Payouts will be made by paypal only, unless the
bonus cash value is in excess of $10,000 |

Only 1 clickbank ID is allowed per affiliate for
sales that will contribute towards the bonus count |
